Annual General Meeting Please try to attend this meeting at the Green Road Social Club, Kidlington at 8.30pm prompt (doors open at 8.00pm). The Clubs Officers give their reports and you, the membership, have the chance to quiz the outgoing Committee, as well as vote in the new one for the forthcoming year. If you could see yourself in any role on the Committee speak to a current Committee member for information on whats involved (contact details are on the inside cover of the magazine). All roles are up for nomination. Our AGMs usually see a useful exchange of opinions and ideas and are worth attending. | |
